The Challenge
Shishu Vikash Mandir (Bokaro, Jharkhand) was managing over 250+ students, daily attendance tracking, academic timetables, and monthly fee cash collections completely by hand on paper ledger registers. This legacy approach created significant operational bottlenecks: high tracking error rates, parent fee disputes, delay in processing report cards, and vulnerability to physical data damage.
The Solution
We implemented the CTRL Shift School ERP. The platform was configured in a multi-tenant Cloud Firestore database schema, ensuring complete data sandbox isolation. A Progressive Web App (PWA) config was deployed with custom service worker caching, enabling teachers to mark attendance and generate fee notifications offline, automatically syncing in the background when connectivity resolved.
